OREO CHEESECAKE 
20 Oreos
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 tsp. cornstarch

Line springform pan with Oreos. Put remaining cookies aside. Cream sugar and cream cheese until smooth; add vanilla, eggs, heavy cream and cornstarch. Mix.

Crumble leftover cookies; mix with cream cheese mixture. Pour into pan; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a shallow pan with water. Turn off oven and cool for 1 hour. Refrigerate; serve when cool.
