OREO CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate wafer cookies
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, divided
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. mini Oreos
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Crush wafer cookies into crumbs, combine with butter, mixing well. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9" spring form pan; set aside.

Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy; slowly add 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup sour cream, mixing well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla and Oreos. Spoon mixture into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool at room temperature on a wire rack for 20 minutes.

Combine remaining sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice and 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, mixing well. Gently spread over top of cheese cake. Bake at 475 degrees. Let cool to room temperature on a wire rack. Refrigerate 8 hours. Remove side of pan.
