OREO CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. (1 1/4 lb.) Oreo cookies
1/3 c. butter, melted
4 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, cut into chunks
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. whipping cream
6 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Whirl 1/2 package of cookies in food processor until they form fine crumbs, mix in butter. Put crumbs into a 9 inch cheesecake pan and press evenly over bottom of pan and 1/2 inch up sides. Chill crust to firm (20 minutes).

Whirl cream cheese, sugar and whipping cream in a food processor until smooth. Add eggs, flour and vanilla; beat to blend. Pour 1/2 of cream cheese mixture over chilled crust. Break remaining cookies in half and scatter over mixture. Pour remaining mixture over cookies.

Bake 300 degrees until golden on top and juggles only slightly in center, about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool on a rack, cover and chill at least 4 hours. Remove rim, cut cheesecake into slender wedges.
