40 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies
1/3 c. Blue Bonnet butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs, room temp.
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Whipped cream & strawberries, for garnish

Finely roll 25 cookies; coarsely chop 15 cookies. In bowl, combine finely rolled cookies and butter. Press crumb mixture on bottom of 13"x9"x2" baking pan; set aside.

In large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Blend in eggs, sour cream and vanilla; fold in chopped cookies. Spoon mixture into prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack; chill at least 4 hours. To serve, cut into squares; garnish with whipped cream and strawberries if desired.
