CASHEW CHICKEN 
2 to 3 chicken breasts
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
Flour
Rice according to directions
1 can chicken broth
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Cashew nuts
Chopped green onions

Cut chicken into strips. Mix egg and milk, dip chicken in egg and milk then coat with flour. Fry in hot oil.

Sauce: 1 can chicken broth is placed in large saucepan add cornstarch, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook until thickens. Make rice. Serve over rice and top with cashew and chopped green onions.
