CHERRY DELIGHT 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 pkgs. graham crackers
2/3 c. condensed milk
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 can cherry filling
8 oz. Cool Whip

Crumble crackers and mix in butter. Press in 9x13 inch pan. Cream together cream cheese, condensed milk and sugar. Pour over graham cracker crust, then spread Cool Whip over this then cherry pie filling on top.
