FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 can fruit cocktail (undrained)
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients and pour in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Icing:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Pet milk

Blend all ingredients together in a saucepan; cook for 3 minutes after it has come to a boil.
