ITALIAN DREAM CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines Cake, Marble, Chocolate or Vanilla
2 lb. smooth ricotta
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:

1 sm box instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 8 oz. Cool Whip

Make cake and pour into 9x13 pan. Mix together ricotta, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour cheese mixture over cake batter.

Bake 350°F for 1 hour. Cool Combine pudding with milk. Beat well. Fold in Cool Whip. Keep in refrigerator.
