3 eggs + 1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cake flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. cocoa

Grease and flour wax paper to fit jelly roll pan. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour sifted with baking powder and cocoa. Spread out on wax paper about 10x14 inches. Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes. Turn out upside down on sugared wax paper and cool.

FILLING:

1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and beat. Spread on cake and roll up.
