CHEESE CRACKS 
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. softened butter
2 c. flour
2 c. crisp rice cereal
1/4 c. red pepper

Mix cheese and butter in mixer bowl until creamy. Add flour. Mix well. Stir in cereal and red pepper. Shape into small balls. Place on nonstick baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Makes about 80 servings.
