CHA 
1 1/2 tbsp. fennel seeds
3 lg. black cardamom pods
4 c. water
1 tbsp. gunpowder tea
1 1/2 c. milk

Cover and lightly boil fennel and cardamom in water 20 minutes (longer for stronger). Add tea and milk. Bring to boil. Strain and serve with honey. Serves 4.
