SUN VALLEY SWISS TARTS 
6 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten slightly
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. (12 oz.) Swiss cheese, in 1/2" cubes
6 unbaked 4" tart shells

Fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel. Drain off all but 2 tablespoons bacon fat; add onion, cook until just tender.

Combine eggs, sour cream, onions, salt, cheese, crumbled bacon and dash of pepper. Pour into tart shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve at once. 6 servings.
