LADY BALTIMORE TARTS 
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light brown syrup
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped red cherries
1 tsp. vanilla
16 (3 inch) unbaked tart shells

Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon about 1/4 cup mixture into each tart shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes or until tarts are set. Garnish with sliced red cherries if desired.
