ZUCCHINI-TOMATO DISH 
1 med. to lg. zucchini
Cubed bread
1 lb. can tomatoes
Shredded sharp cheese
Salt and pepper

Slice zucchini and arrange in bottom of casserole. Amount of zucchini will depend on size of dish. Cover zucchini with bread cubes. Pour tomatoes with juice over bread. Cover with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour for fresh zucchini - less time if zucchini was previously cooked or frozen.
