NO-BAKE MINT COOKIES 
2 egg whites
Pinch of cream of tartar
Pinch of salt
2/3 c. sugar
Blue food coloring
1 pkg. chocolate mint chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until frothy. Add salt and cream of tartar. Gradually fold in sugar. Gradually fold in coloring and chips. Drop by spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Cut off oven. Place cookies in oven overnight.
