ITALIAN - STYLE ZUCCHINI 
1 lb. sm. fresh zucchini, thinly sliced
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. basil
Dash of garlic powder
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine zucchini and celery in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients together; pour over vegetables. Cook on full power 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through and vegetables are tender. Stir halfway through cooking time.

Sprinkle with cheese. Cook on full power 15 to 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
