STRAWBERRY PRESERVES 
Prepare 1 quart berries. Put on hot stove or heat for 3 minutes. Add 3 cups sugar and let come to a rolling boil. And boil for 3 minutes. Then add 2 cups sugar and let come to a rolling boil for 3 more minutes. Then take off stove and let set overnight. Shake on and off. Seal in jars.
