VADALIA ONION CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice
1 sm. bell pepper
1 c. chopped Vidalia onions
7 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 can cream of celery soup
Dash of hot sauce
1 1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook a few minutes.
