CLAM SAUCE 
2 cans whole baby clams
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
3 oz. tomato paste
1 sm. can tomato sauce or use 4 med. fresh tomatoes
3 tbsp. olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute garlic and parsley in oil. Add clams and juices. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Add tomato sauce and a little water. Simmer for approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
