SPAGHETTI WITH RED CLAM SAUCE 
2 cans clams, minced
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
4 good-sized garlic cloves, finely cut up
1/4 c. oil
Fresh mushrooms or one can (as little or as many as desired)
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil leaves

In oil, brown garlic, stir in tomato sauce, mashed whole tomatoes, mushrooms, clams (with juice and all), oregano and basil. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4. Serve over noodles.

Serves John and his roommate or 2 or 3 buddies. Disagreeable to fairer sex.
