CLAM DIP 
1 clove garlic
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. clam broth
1/2 c. canned minced clams
1/4 tsp. angostura bitters
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of freshly ground pepper

Rub wooden serving bowl with garlic. Blend cream cheese and Ricotta cheese together in bowl until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Serve with crackers or potato chips.
