HOT DIP 
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. bell pepper finely chopped
4 tbsp. onion finely chopped
1 jar dried beef shredded to bite size
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients except nuts. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle nuts on top.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers: Wheatables, Ritz, etc.
