BUTTERMILK JELLO 
16 to 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. Jello
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, optional

Bring pineapple and juice to slow boil. Add Jello. Mix well and cool. Add buttermilk, Cool Whip and nuts. Put into mold and refrigerate until jelled. Enjoy!
