BAKING POWDER BISCUITS 
2 c. unbleached flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. Canola oil
2/3 c. skim milk

Blend flour and baking powder. Put oil and milk into a measuring cup together. Add all at one time to flour. Mix with fork. Knead briefly. Roll out and cut into circles. Bake at 425 degrees until light brown.
