1 tbsp. grated crystallized ginger
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground nutmeg
1 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. raisins
2 tsp. yellow mustard seed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
Pinch of coriander
