ROAST CHICKEN 
1 lg. onion
6 cloves
2-1/2 lb. chicken (whole)
1 c. soy sauce

Slice onions and garlic. Stuff chicken with onions and garlic. Rub soy sauce well over chicken. Pour remainder of soy sauce inside with stuffing and onions. Roast in 375 degree oven for 1 hour or until done. Serve with white rice and Chinese vegetables.
