FRUIT SALAD 
6 oranges, diced
3 bananas, sliced
1 can fruit cocktail, in own juice, drained
1 can sliced pineapple, drained & reserved juice
Grapes

Combine fruit and set aside. Make the dressing below.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. reserved pineapple juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar or sugar substitute equivalent, suitable for baking
2 egg yolks

Mix cornstarch and sugar or sugar substitute together; add the remaining ingredients. Cook in a double boiler until thick. Cool. When dressing is cold and ready to serve, 1 cup of whip cream may be added. Pour on fruit mixture.
