QUICK CHICKEN TETRAZZINI | |
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. milk 3 tbsp. parsley, minced 2 c. cut up cooked chicken 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. pimento, chopped 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Combine all ingredients and turn into a buttered casserole. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until very hot. Serves 4-6. Makes a very pretty dish for the Christmas holidays. |
