RICOTTA STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
24 med. mushrooms
1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
A pinch of garlic powder
A pinch of onion powder
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/8 tsp. salt

Remove stems from mushrooms. Mince stems. Mix stems and remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees, until hot, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.
