SWEDISH RICE PUDDING 
1 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
2 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk

Put rice and salt in a double boiler. Add 3 cups milk; cook 1 hour. Add 2 1/2 cups milk and cook 1/2 hour longer. Beat eggs and add sugar; beat together. Add 2 1/2 cups milk, put in 9"x13" baking pan and bake 45 minutes in 300 degree oven.
