1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. Rice Chex cereal
1 c. blanched peanuts

Mix over medium heat to just boiling. Remove from heat. Add Rice Chex and blanched peanuts, mixing until well coated. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
