OVERNIGHT COFFEECAKE | |
1 pkg. frozen dinner rolls 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. pecan pieces 1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) 1. Mix brown sugar, pecans and pudding together in a bowl. Set aside. 2. Butter a Bundt pan and place approximately 16 frozen dinner rolls touching each other. 3. Pour melted butter over rolls. 4. Distribute nut mixture over rolls. 5. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise overnight. 6. Bake at 350 degrees, 10-15 minutes or until top of rolls are brown. Let stand 5 minutes, then turn over onto plate. |
