SOUR CREAM COFFEECAKE 
1 c. butter, no sub.
2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar

Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan with removeable bottom. Pour 1/2 cream mixture into pan, smooth. Sprinkle with 1/2 cinnamon topping. Add rest of cream mixture and top with rest of cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 60 minutes. Cool completely before removing from pan. Do not invert.
