1/2-3/4 lg. box Velveeta cheese 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese 4 long stem green onions 2 jalapeno peppers Let Velveeta get to room temperature. Roll cheese out between wax paper, 1/4" to 1/2" thick. Mix cream cheese (softened), green onions (chopped fine) and jalapenos (chopped fine). Spread mixture over Velveeta. Roll like jelly roll (cut in half before rolling). Refrigerate. Slice and serve with crackers. |
