CHEESE FONDUE 
7 slices bread
1/2 lb. cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk

Cut or tear bread into small pieces. Place alternate layers of bread and cheese, dotted with butter, into greased casserole. Make the liquid mixture from the remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over all and bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Good way to use stale bread. May be made ahead and put in refrigerator until baking time.
