ITALIAN SPAGHETTI 
1/2 lb. butter
3 cloves garlic
2 onions
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans tomato paste
2 green peppers, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
Allspice, paprika, pepper & salt to taste

Melt half of the butter, add tablespoon flour and brown. Add water to thickness of gravy, about 1 pint. Brown meat in other half of butter, add to gravy, tomato paste and other ingredients. Cook slowly for 2 hours. Cook 1 1/2 boxes of long spaghetti in salted water until tender, then drain. Serve with Italian grated cheese. Serves about 12.
