PISTACHIO BREAD 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Golden Batter cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. Crisco oil
1/4 c. water
4 drops green food color

Mix together well. In separate bowl, mix together:

4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Pour 1/4 of cake mixture into 2 loaf pans (greased). Sprinkle 1/4 of sugar mixture on top. Pour on rest of cake mixture, then rest of sugar mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can refrigerate or freeze.
