PISTACHIO BREAD 
1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs

TOPPING & FILLING:

4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Combine bread ingredients well and beat 4 minutes by hand. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.

Pam or grease 2 bread pans. Pour 1/4 batter in bottom of greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with filling mixture generously. Top with 1/4 batter and topping of sugar/cinnamon. Repeat for second loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
