BANANAS IN COFFEE CREAM 
3 - 4 med. bananas
1/4 c. coffee-flavored liqueur
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1/2 c. toasted almonds

Cut bananas into 1 inch thick round slices. Put into bowl, add coffee liqueur and toss gently to coat. Let marinate about 20 minutes. Arrange bananas in serving dish. Meanwhile beat cream until foamy. Add coffee crystals and beat just until soft peaks form. Spoon over bananas. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
