PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
2 sm. instant vanilla pudding
2 qt. fresh strawberries, cleaned, sliced and sweetened with sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
3 lg. bananas, sliced
1 lg. carton Cool Whip topping

Bake cake according to package directions; break up into pieces and place in bottom of punch bowl. Prepare pudding according to package directions and spread over cake. Spread all the way to edge trying to completely seal. Spoon fresh strawberries over pudding; spoon pineapple over strawberries.

Pour pineapple juice over bananas to prevent them from turning dark; drain and spoon over pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over all and sprinkle with nuts. Serves a crowd.
