PIZZA GRAN 
DOUGH:

12 egg yolks
6 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter (1/2 lb.)
1 c. water

CREAM:

1 c. flour
12 egg yolks
1 lb. of sugar (2 cups)
1 qt. milk
Lemon and orange extract

GRAIN:

1 lb. grain
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. salt

POT CHEESE:

1 1/2 lbs. pot cheese
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
Oil of cinnamon extract
1 qt. milk
Egg White

Cook grain: soak grain for four days (changing water twice a day) then boil grain. When fully cooked add butter and salt.

Make dough: Mix all ingredients, knead dough. Roll out dough with rolling pin and line spring pan.

Make Cream: Mix first 3 ingredients well then add milk. Heat over medium flame (stirring constantly until it gets thick). When cooked add couple drops of lemon and orange extract.

Make Pot cheese: In a saucepot mix cheese, eggs and sugar. Heat over medium flame and mix until it becomes creamy. Add Grain and cream mixture and mix well. When mixed add a little egg white and 5 drops of oil of cinnamon. Pour mixture into dough lined spring pan. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown on outside done on inside (test with spaghetti).
