BAKED HAM SQUARES 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham, cooked
1 1/2 c. finely crushed cornflake crumbs
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk (1 tall can)
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. shredded carrots
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients; spread in greased 9 inch square, baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly brown.

MUSTARD SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley

Melt butter, blend in remaining ingredients in order. Serve at once over baked ham squares.
