1 lg. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 lg. onion
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced (hot or regular)
Tabasco sauce

Fry sausage, breaking it up as it cooks. Add onions and cook until clear. Drain. Melt cheese. Add sausage to cheese and stir. Pour Rotel tomatoes into cheese mixture. Add Tabasco sauce to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
