8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. green onions, chopped fine
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
1 sm. can chopped black olives
Mayonnaise
English muffins, quartered

Mix all ingredients in a bowl; add enough mayonnaise to make a spread. Spread on English muffins. Put under the broiler until cheese is bubbly and serve.
