ANTIQUE SHOW LEMON CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon rind (optional)

Combine dry ingredients. Add to beaten eggs. Gradually add milk, butter, and lemon juice. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
