CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
3 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
1 env. chicken noodle soup mix
1 tbsp. flour

In saucepan, bring 3 cups milk and broccoli to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring occasionally 5 minutes. Stir in soup mix and flour blended with remaining milk. Bring to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until soup is slightly thickened and broccoli is tender.
