1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. chopped tart apples

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix sugar, oil, and eggs until blended. Beat 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients, except apples. Beat 1 minute. Stir in apples. Pour into pan. Bake 35-45 minutes.
