CANNOLI PIE 
15 oz. Ricotta
1/2 c. cream de cocoa
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. chocolate bits
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in blender. Pour into chocolate graham cracker crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
