ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 Italian sausages (chopped or ground)
1 1/2 stalks celery
1 large can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 clove garlic
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. basil
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Dash red pepper

Brown meat and celery in oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least 1 1/2 hours.
