FRESH COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
2 (6 oz.) fresh frozen coconut
1 med. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream

Prepare cake mix according to box instructions. Make in 2 layers and bake. When cake layers cool, use a thread to slice through each layer to make 4 thin layers.

Mix 1 package of coconut, sour cream and sugar. Use this as filling between layers. Mix the other package of coconut and the Cool Whip. Use this for sides and topping for cake. Keep refrigerated. So moist and good!
